IMPORTANT NOTE:
1) For 10AM, 11AM, 12PM, 1PM grooming slots, please send your cat at 10AM, no later than 10.30AM.
2) For 2PM, 3PM, 4PM, 5PM grooming slots, please send your cat at 11AM, no later than 12PM.
3) Grooming duration varies. We expect roughly around 2-3 hours for every cat. Some cats may take longer to finish due to factors such as scared of the blower / urinate / defecate / aggressive etc. Once grooming is done, we will notify you via Whatsapp / phone call.
